FAQ

Generally we do not allow cameras nor audio or video equipment of any kind into the club.

No.  We strictly enforce a no re-entry policy except at private parties.

Rentals are available to outside promoters or for private functions.  We have full service catering available at some of Boise’s most competitive pricing. Click here for additional information.  Please contact Andrea Lucas at (208) 343-8883 ext 116 or [email protected].

All seating is on a first come, first served basis.  The amount of seating on any given show depends on the artist and the expected attendance.  If you purchase Balcony seats, the available seats are reserved for your group for the entire evening. Please note that Balcony Tables feature 4 seats per table. Seats are sold individually.

Absolutely.  We are happy to make special arrangements for you when you contact us in advance and then arrive at the venue 5-10 minutes prior to doors.  We will offer you one of the premium seats in the house. Click here to contact us in advance.

We have a full menu available from two hours before show time until 10 pm.  Click here to view our Boise Menu.

Not necessarily.  We may admit guests with special needs who contacted us in advance.  We then admit the first 50 patrons who dined at 9th St. Parallel before the show.  We then open the main doors to the club.

There is no smoking allowed in the venue.  There is a smoking patio available during all shows.  Under Boise ordinance, our outdoor smoking patio is reserved for guests over the age of 21.

If you purchased your tickets through www.TicketWeb.com, you must bring the credit card they were purchased with.  If you are on a guest list you must have valid ID.

General Admission
General Admission is the majority of our venue. This ticket level gives you access to both the upstairs and downstairs areas of the venue, and the main floor. There is no assigned seating in this area. If we have seating for the event, all seats in this area are first come, first served. If we do not have seating for the event, this area will be standing room only. This is an “all ages” area, so unless the event is limited to persons over 18, all ages are welcome in this area. Balcony Seating:

The Balcony is the only reserved seating in the venue. Enjoy premium sight lines and a designated cocktail server so you won’t miss a minute of the show.  Table seats are reserved at the time of purchase.  Tables 1-24 seat four people each. Seats are sold as individual tickets and tables will be shared by all ticket holders at each table.  This ticket level gives you access to all of the General Admission area and is “all ages” unless otherwise defined by the event.
